Services provied
Day 1: Arrival & Alignment
- Welcome circle with cultural ritual (intention setting)
- Light walk & dinner with local flavors
- Night journaling or reflective storytelling
Day 2: Walk & Reflect
- 10–15 km team hike with embedded discussion prompts
- Partner walk assignments: “Listen + Reflect”
- Optional segment in silence
- Outdoor coaching session or team retrospective
- Dinner with a private chef
Day 3: Shift Perspective
- Short hike with surprise role changes (leader, facilitator, challenger)
- Creative session: clay shaping, tree mapping, foraging + wild cooking
- Challenge: Navigate by boat, cook with a local chef, or create a team “flag”
- Sunset circle: share insights, capture ideas visually
Day 4: Integrate & Return
- Final short hike: personal reflection
- Group manifesto session: What do we bring home?
- Closing brunch and departure
