Route Description: Vigo – Santiago de Compostela

Your journey begins on May 2nd in the picturesque city of Vigo, where the group gathers for introductions, an immersion into the local historical atmosphere, and a first shared dinner. This route blends physical movement with deep practices and relaxation in unique, authentic accommodations.

Key Stages of the Journey:

The First Steps (May 3–4): We will walk from Redondela to Pontevedra. Expect daily distances between 20 km and 28 km, stays at a quinta nestled between vineyards and beaches, and initial practices in mindful walking and breathing exercises.

Deepening and Reflection (May 5–6): The path continues through Caldas de Reis and Padrón. This phase is dedicated to personal conversations with a mentor, written reflections, and visiting thermal springs. The hilly, lush landscapes serve as a backdrop for practicing nature observation and mindful presence.

Arrival and Integration (May 7–8): The final 20 km stretch leads us into the majestic Santiago de Compostela. Here, at the historic Pousadas de Compostela, we will discuss the journey, hold final reflections, and conclude the program.

Comfort and Logistics:

Throughout the route, your stay is organized in high-rated hotels with unique character—ranging from Renaissance style to boutique estates—such as Pazo Los Escudos or Quinta de San Amaro. The program includes full organization, double occupancy accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), expert guidance, and complete logistics, including all transfers and luggage transportation.

Methodology

Our program is built on a unique methodology designed to shift your state of being through three distinct phases: Slowing Down, Awareness and Clarity, and Perspective and Action.

1. Slowing Down

The rhythm of walking gently alters your biochemistry: it improves cerebral blood flow, reduces stress levels, and triggers a "reset" of perception.

The Goal: To create a space where you can observe your current state without rush or pressure through mindful movement.

2. Awareness and Clarity

By immersing ourselves in nature, we strip away external noise. The combination of open space, rhythm, silence, and natural stimuli allows the mind to unload, silencing the internal dialogue and restoring the ability to think clearly.

The Goal: To find internal balance and see what truly matters.

3. Perspective and Action

Once the mind is clear and attention is focused, you gain the opportunity to see your future from a new height. We explore goals, desires, and directions, transforming them into concrete steps.

The Goal: To co-create with the group or a mentor and form the first elements of a personal action plan.
